New Results in Bold
Hole QGQ24-08 was completed at a depth of 712.01m (2336 ft). Hole QGQ24-09 is approximately 98 meters (321.52 feet) to the northwest from QGQ24-08 and shows continuity of the trend.
Further assays for hole QGQ24-09 are pending, with partial assays down to a depth of 280.20m (919.29 ft). Assays for subsequent holes are currently pending, with later holes in the process of being logged and sampled. Gold mineralization is associated with quartz, ±carbonate, veins, pyrite and faults within what appears to be a moderately steep, southeast trending structural zone hosted by a sequence of fine clastic metasedimentary rocks, proximal to the contact with the intermediate to mafic metavolcanic rocks, at the North Hixon zone.
Current drilling in holes QGQ24-10, QGQ24-11, QGQ24-12, QGQ24-13, QGQ24-14 and QGQ24-15 is targeting the Halo zone, 400 meters (1312.34 feet) to the Northwest of Hole QGQ24-09, is following up on previous trenching results and potentially represents a separate trend from the North Hixon zone.
