MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC – February 21, 2025 – TheNewswire - Scandium Canada Ltd. (TSX-V: SCD) (OTC: SCDCF) (the “Company”) announces that it will voluntarily delist its shares from the US OTCQB equity market effective March 1, 2025.
After a thorough review of its two main listings (TSX-V and OTCQB) the Management and Board of the Company have determined that the costs associated with a dual listing are not warranted at this time and that savings from this decision will go to support its new division (announced on November 28, 2024 Scandium Canada Ltd. makes changes to its management team and corporate structure) that focuses on the pre-commercialisation of its two new Al-Sc powders and the development of other Al-Sc alloys to engage with end-users. This decision does not preclude the Company from re-listing its shares on the OTCQB at a later date.
