Focus Graphite Announces Extended Mineralization at Lac Tétépisca Project, Confirming 6 km Strike
Ottawa, ON — May 28, 2025 — NewsWall — Focus Graphite Advanced Materials Inc. has announced additional assay results from 13 drill holes at its Lac Tétépisca project, extending the mineralized zone strike length to over 6 kilometers. The results strengthen the potential of one of North America’s most significant natural flake graphite deposits.
The drill holes targeted the southwestern extension of the Manicouagan-Ouest Graphitic Corridor (MOGC), where it converges with the West Limb. An updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) incorporating data from 74 drill holes completed in the 2022 program is expected by late summer 2025.
CEO of Focus Graphite, Dean Hanisch, expressed encouragement about the drill results, confirming the continuity of graphitic mineralization across the folded structure. He noted the deposit remains open at depth and presents the opportunity for a large-scale mining operation.
The 2022 exploration program included 14,900.5 meters of core drilling across 74 holes, aiming to upgrade inferred resources to the indicated category and test graphite abundance. Results from six exploration holes drilled into the Southwest MOGC target and seven holes at the West Limb target are presented in this release.
