Ashley Gold Expands Sakoose Project with New Claims Acquisition

Calgary, Alberta — June 17, 2025 — NewsWall — Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: ASHL) has acquired 100% ownership of additional claims bordering its Sakoose Project through an agreement with an arm's length party.

The company will not pay any finders fees as part of this transaction.

President Noah Komavli stated that the acquisition marks the first time the area south of the Sakoose mine site has been held under unified ownership, following the completion of their initial sampling program.

The unified geological model will consolidate over 120 years of data to guide the next phase of exploration. The newly acquired ground includes two known shafts and an old adit, with a historic grab sample reporting up to 12 ounces per ton gold.

Recent sampling at Burnthut and Tabor/Sakoose has discovered new occurrences. Initial sampling at Tabor/Sakoose identified exposed surface outcrop, indicating potential for near-mine discovery; assay results are pending. Ashley Gold plans to re-mobilize the crew for a follow-up sampling program across Tabor, Sakoose, and the newly acquired ground.

The Brockman claims, located approximately 2 km south of the historic Sakoose mine, feature a shaft sunk in 1899 and an adit driven along a shear zone. Historical reports indicate visible gold in quartz vein material.

Recent exploration at the Burnthut Peninsula uncovered promising mineralized zones, including the Omega Extension Zone and the Big Zone. Prospecting between Tabor Lake Shaft and Sakoose Mine revealed mineralization in the Blackfly Showing.

Under the terms of acquisition, Ashley Gold will issue 200,000 shares at $0.05 per share, subject to a four-month hold. The vendor received $5,000.00 CAD and retains a 1% NSR, with a buyback option for $500,000 CAD.
