Toronto, Ontario – King Global Ventures Inc. (CSE:KING) (OTC: KGLDF) (FSE: 5LM1) has terminated its investor relations contracts with Frontier Merchant Capital Group and 45 Degrees, which were previously announced on November 12, 2024.

King Global Ventures is focused on the exploration of precious and base metals in North America. Its key projects include the Black Canyon Property in Arizona and the Mikwam Gold Property in Ontario.

The Black Canyon Project, located in Yavapai County, Arizona, covers 3,780 acres and includes 15 former operating mines. It targets copper-gold-silver-zinc VMS mineralization. The Howard Copper Mine Property, situated on 78 acres of patented land, was discovered in the early 1920s and saw small-scale production focused on high-grade copper.

The Mikwam Gold Property, located in Noseworthy Township, Ontario, lies along the Casa Berardi Deformation Zone. It hosts disseminated and vein-hosted gold mineralization. A historical inferred mineral resource estimate from 2016 reported 1,810,000 tonnes grading 2.34 g/t gold, containing 136,000 ounces of gold at a cut-off grade of 1.00 g/t Au. This estimate is historical and should not be considered current.
