Rockland Resources Announces $540,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia — June 17, 2025 — NewsWall — Rockland Resources Ltd. (CSE: RKL) (OTCQB: BERLF) (FSE: GB2) announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $540,000. The offering consists of up to 9 million units at $0.06 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, allowing the holder to buy an additional share at $0.10 within 36 months.

The net proceeds from the financing will be used to advance the company's beryllium portfolio in Utah and for general working capital. Shares issued are subject to a four-month hold period, and finders' fees will be paid according to Canadian Securities Exchange policies.

Rockland Resources is focused on critical minerals exploration, specializing in beryllium projects in Utah's Spor Mountain region, near Materion’s Spor Mountain Mine. The company also owns the Cole Gold Mines Project in Ontario's Red Lake district.
