Red Lake Gold Files Mining Disposition Applications in Saskatchewan

Vancouver, British Columbia — July 3, 2025 — NewsWall — Red Lake Gold Inc. (CSE: RGLD) has filed mining disposition applications with the Government of Saskatchewan, seeking exclusive exploration rights for approximately 83,832 hectares in northern Saskatchewan. The Issuer considers the area underlying the License Applications to have forward-moving materiality, subject to Crown approval.

The License Applications were preceded by evaluations, market factor assessments, and examination of regional developments. The company aims to secure regional exposure in advance of potential results from broader area activity. The applications were also submitted to predate any alternate party evaluating the same area.

The company is making the announcement to ensure full and fair disclosure to the broader market, despite the applications being public through the Saskatchewan Government’s registry (MARS).

The Issuer anticipates prioritizing the License Applications, subject to Crown approval and the availability of market-based capital. Further details, including technical information, will be provided upon Crown approval. The Issuer is optimistic that the License Applications may facilitate an important new area of exploration.

Filing fees of approximately $50,299 were remitted to the Crown, funded through the Corporation’s working capital. These fees are refundable should the Crown reject or modify the applications.
