Stearman Resources Extends Closing Date for NeoCore Uranium Acquisition

July 4, 2025 – NewsWall – Stearman Resources Inc. (CSE:STMN) has extended the closing date to July 11, 2025, or another mutually agreed-upon date, for its definitive share exchange agreement with NeoCore Uranium Ltd. to acquire 100% of NeoCore's issued and outstanding common shares.

NeoCore owns a 100% interest in the NeoCore Uranium Property, which consists of six mineral claims covering 13,012 hectares in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan.

The closing remains subject to customary due diligence, required regulatory approval, and completion of the $100,000 financing detailed in the June 17, 2025, news release.

Stearman Resources is focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing mineral properties in Canada and the USA. The company has an option on the Miniac Property in Quebec, comprising 78 claims over 4,110 hectares, and an option on the Brassie Creek Property in British Columbia, consisting of 9 mineral claims covering 1,862 hectares.
