Stearman Resources to Acquire Interest in Murphy Lake Uranium Property

Vancouver, British Columbia — July 29, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Stearman Resources Inc. (CSE:STMN) has entered into an option agreement with F4 Uranium Ltd. to acquire up to a 70% interest in F4’s Murphy Lake uranium property in Saskatchewan. The property is located in the northeastern Athabasca Basin, near several other uranium deposits.

Under the terms of the agreement, Stearman will make a non-refundable cash payment of $50,000 to F4. To acquire a 50% interest, Stearman will pay F4 $750,000 in cash over 24 months and fund $10,000,000 in exploration expenditures over 42 months. Stearman must also complete equity financings to raise $3,000,000 and issue shares to F4 equal to 9.9% of Stearman's outstanding shares.

Following the initial option, Stearman can acquire an additional 20% interest by paying F4 $500,000 over 36 months and funding $8,000,000 in additional expenditures. Stearman will grant F4 a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty upon commencement of commercial production.

The transactions are subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
