Metasphere Labs Announces Special Meeting to Seek Approval for Share Consolidation

Vancouver, British Columbia — June 17, 2025 — NewsWall — Metasphere Labs Inc. will hold a special meeting on July 21, 2025, to seek shareholder approval for a proposed share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a four-to-one basis.

The consolidation is subject to acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange, and the board of directors reserves the right to revoke the resolutions approving the consolidation if deemed in the company's best interest.
